Fleet & Logistics Tracking
Every vehicle and shipment is visible live on the map, so no one calls the driver to ask where it is.
Every vehicle, route, and shipment on one live map.
The problem
A logistics operator's answer to "where's my shipment" was calling the driver and hoping they picked up.
Approach
Every vehicle now sits on a live map with route, ETA, and shipment status visible at a glance, with on-time performance reporting that shows dispatchers what's slipping before a customer has to ask. Redrawing the map naively for dozens of moving vehicles would choke a browser tab, so position updates stream over MQTT and batch onto the map layer instead.
