This page explains what we collect when you use ceobee.dev, why we collect it, and where it goes — written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
01 / 04When you request a quote, book a call, or open an account, we receive what you send us: your contact details, the description of your project, and any files you share along the way. Payments run through Stripe, so we keep a record of the transaction but never the card number itself. We also use Google's and Meta's analytics and advertising tools, which collect the usual usage data — page views, referral source, campaign attribution — so we can see how people find us and whether our advertising is working.
How it's protected
02 / 04Project files live in a private, access-controlled cloud bucket, never a public or shared location. Credentials you hand over for infrastructure work are stored encrypted and used only for your project. Access stays with the people actually working on your engagement.
Who else sees it
03 / 04Only the services that make the work possible: hosting and storage, email delivery, Stripe for payments, and the analytics and advertising platforms above. Each of them handles data under its own terms. We don't sell personal data, and we don't hand it to anyone who isn't part of delivering your project.
Your options
04 / 04You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we're able to. There's no form to fill in for this — just ask, and a person will answer.
