Software development services
— Short answer
C.E.O. Bee builds custom software, mobile apps, AI integrations and MVPs with senior engineers only. You talk directly to the people who write the code. Scope, timeline and cost are in writing before work starts, and from week one you see real progress in a live project panel. If you are not sure which service fits, tell us about your project and we will be honest about the right time and the right fit.
Our services
Custom Software Development
Custom software is a system written around your business rules where an off-the-shelf product does not fit: internal systems and panels, customer and partner portals, integrations. We build it with senior engineers only, and you talk directly to the team writing the code. Scope, timeline and cost are in writing before work starts. If a ready-made product does the job, we will say so; the first step is a conversation about your business.
Best for: For work with business rules a ready-made product cannot cover.
See the serviceMobile App Development
Getting a mobile app built is more than drawing screens: the server side, an admin panel, the store release and the maintenance after launch are all part of the job. We work with senior engineers and a written scope and timeline before work starts, with visible progress from week one and a full year of direct support after launch. If a ready-made tool is enough to test a simple idea, we will say so plainly.
Best for: For apps with a server side, an admin panel or custom business rules.
See the serviceAI Integration
AI integration means connecting a model to your product or workflow and making it work with real users. The gap between an impressive demo and a system in production shows up in questions of errors, data, cost and latency. With senior engineers, we put those questions in writing before work starts, then build a working system. Not every job needs AI; when yours does not, we will say so.
Best for: For teams adding AI to a product or a workflow.
See the serviceMVP Development
An MVP is a first version that works well enough to test one hypothesis with real users and is kept as narrow as possible. We cut the scope with you and build the first release with senior engineers. Scope, timeline and cost are in writing before work starts, and you see real progress from week one. If you have an idea, a prototype or a half-finished project, we start where it fits you best.
Best for: For anyone who wants to test an idea with a small, real first version.

Which service fits my situation?
The table below goes from where you are today to the right starting point. If your situation matches more than one row, that is fine; we sort it out together in the first conversation.
| Your situation | Where to start |
|---|---|
| I have an idea and want a working first version | MVP development |
| Off-the-shelf software does not fit; I need a system built around how I work | Custom software development |
| I want an app that runs on phones | Mobile app development |
| I want to add AI to my product or my workflows | AI integration |
| I need my existing systems to talk to each other | Custom software development: integration is a normal part of the scope |
| My current system is aging or a project was left half-finished | We also do software modernization and project advisory. Tell us about your project and we will look at where to start from what you have |
| I am not sure which one applies | Tell us about your project; we talk honestly about whether it is the right time and the right fit |
Different services, one way of working
Each service page spells out what we build and how. Five things stay the same across all of them:
- Senior engineers only. The people you talk to are the people writing the code. There is no account manager in between and no junior hands quietly assigned to your project.
- Written scope, timeline and cost before work starts. The price does not move afterwards. We also write down the reasoning behind every technical decision, so you never wonder why something was built the way it was.
- Visible progress from week one. A live project panel opens in your account: status, offers, payments and a direct line to us in one place.
- Production quality from day one. We do not ship a controlled demo; we write software that holds up under real users and real load.
- Still here after launch. Once you are live, we give a full year of direct support.
If you want proof that these are not just slogans, our engineering notes share the reasoning behind real decisions in public. How the systems behave in the real world is visible in the portfolio; client names stay out because of NDAs.
How we work
Every project follows the same four steps from the first conversation to delivery. The Process page has the details; here is the short version:
- Discovery. We talk about what the product has to do, who it is for and what a good outcome looks like, until both sides are describing the same thing. Nothing gets built before that picture is shared.
- A scoped proposal. What is being built, in what order and what it costs, written down. Work does not start until you approve it.
- Building, visibly. You follow progress in the live project panel and can steer while changes are still cheap.
- Review and handoff. You review what we have built, we refine it, and then we hand it over.
Code, infrastructure and handover
Once the project is paid in full, the delivered work is yours. What we bring with us that existed before your project, such as our own tools, libraries and frameworks, stays ours; the written version is on the Terms page.
Unless you would rather handle it yourself, we provision and manage everything your project runs on, including hosting, domains and storage. If you already have cloud accounts, or your organization needs everything under its own roof, we deploy there instead. If you ever want your infrastructure brought in-house or moved to another team, we help you transfer it cleanly, with accounts, domains and documentation. Nothing we run for you is a reason you cannot leave.
Who we are not a fit for
Being honest saves everybody time. Another route will serve you better in these cases:
- You are looking for a template or a packaged website. We deliver working software; we do not sell package-priced site setups.
- Your only criterion is the lowest price. A packaged option will suit you better. We do work where the scope is written down, the price does not move afterwards and senior engineers carry it through.
- You only want a visual design or only a presentation. Our team produces working software; if all you need is a standalone visual design deliverable, we may not be the right address.
We take on the work we can genuinely do well, not everything that comes past, and we would rather turn a project down than deliver something we would not put our name on.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of projects do you take on?
We build web, mobile and backend products: internal systems and operations dashboards, customer portals, marketplaces and e-commerce, booking and payment flows, drone and IoT platforms, AI-powered products and automation. For aging or half-finished systems we also do modernization and project advisory. We work with clients in Turkey and abroad.
How is the price set?
We put what will be built, in what order and what it costs into a written proposal; work starts once you approve it, and the price does not change afterwards. We do not publish figures on this page because a number given before the scope is clear is only an estimate. On each service page we explain what drives the cost, without quoting figures.
Who owns the code?
The delivered work is yours once the project is paid in full. What we had before your project (our own tools, libraries and frameworks) stays with us. What is binding is the written agreement signed for your engagement.
Do you support the software after launch?
Yes. Once you are live we give a full year of direct support; we do not hand over and disappear. Beyond that, whether it is new features, monitoring or updates, we set up a support arrangement sized to the project.
Which company signs the contract and issues the invoice?
The legal entity operating the C.E.O. Bee brand is Mobixify LTD, based in London and registered in England and Wales. Contracts, proposals and invoices are issued in that name; details are on the Corporate page. This page does not give tax or accounting advice, so for invoicing and tax questions we suggest you ask your own accountant.

The hardware already worked; what was missing was an app customers would actually use. Devices from different brands were reduced to a single model the app can rely on.
